Tricia Hicks has served in ministry with her husband Don for 42 years of marriage. She is a wife, mother, and grandma. She is also a writer, speaker, singer, professional editor, and alumna of Liberty University.

As Director of Operations Tricia oversees scheduling and contact consultations for Church Health Solutions. Tricia brings her experience and skill to help define and refine the work of our team in multiple areas. After many years of church ministry alongside her husband Don, Tricia Hicks is excited to be making plans for a ministry to pastor’s wives, and deacon’s wives.There is a great need for women to develop healthy relationships with each other, to grow in Christ, and lead other women to be effective leaders in their local church. Studying God’s Word, comforting each other, along with edifying and serving one another, builds unity in the body of Christ. Many times, Christian leaders among women feel alone and feel they have no one to talk too. Our ministry wants to provide a listening ear.
