The Purpose of Church Health Solutions
Church Health Solutions aims to be Ambassadors for Jesus Christ and offer strengthening, encouragement, training, mentoring, and resources to Southern Baptist Churches and leaders. Church Health Solutions believes that a healthy biblical church and leader is the best witness to a lost and hurting world. Our team desires to come alongside and journey with local churches, pastors, and leaders using our experience, training, prayer, consulting, resources, and God’s Word. Our pastors, deacons, consultants, counselors, coaches, and Christian conciliators/mediators/arbitrators understand Southern Baptist Churches, polity, and theology because we are Southern Baptist or, in some cases, partners such as attorneys, counselors who have served Southern Baptist churches and have agreed to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
Mission
Congregations sometimes have distorted impressions of their roles in the life of the church and ministry. Church Health Solutions offers leadership training to equip and strengthen leaders to equip the brethren.
For pastors and their families disrupted by destructive church conflict, Church Health Solutions offers coaching and counseling.
For churches in destructive conflict, Church Health Solutions can help with a path to transformational reflection and renewal, or mediation and arbitration.
