About Church Health Solutions

After 40 years of ministry (23 years as a senior pastor, and 16 years as a transitional senior pastor, 15 years as a seminary professor, 20 years as a complex church conflict mediator, and Church Interventionist) and thousands of hours of coaching and mediating complex church conflicts involving pastors, elders, deacons, and church members, I have come to understand that many churches and leaders are not healthy or thriving. That means many churches are not healthy.

The CHS Team represents over 150 years of ministry experience in ministry.
