At the heart of Church Health Solutions is a commitment to serving as Ambassadors of Reconciliation for Jesus Christ. We fulfill this calling by providing strengthening, encouragement, training, mentoring, Christian conciliation, biblical peacemaking, conflict coaching, and mediation that are firmly rooted in the truth of Scripture. Our founder, Dr. Don Hicks, and the Church Health Solutions team believe that healthy churches and healthy church leaders are among the most powerful witnesses to a lost and hurting world. We are passionate about coming alongside local churches, pastors, elders, deacons, and ministry leaders to help them navigate challenges, resolve conflict biblically, and cultivate spiritual and organizational health.Drawing upon our experience, training, resources, prayer support, consulting, and coaching, we partner with church leaders to strengthen their ministries and foster environments where churches can flourish and thrive. Our desire is to see churches fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment through the power of the Holy Spirit, bringing glory to God and advancing His Kingdom.
